Chicken Pot Pie

Another favorite new(ish) family recipe is homemade Chicken Pot Pie. The recipe is not mine (I'm good at picking recpies to make, not so good at creating them myself). Anyway, its too good not to share.
Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients:
Refrigerated (or frozen) pie crust. I use Pillsbury.
3 or so chicken breasts
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of potato soup
Directions:
Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces (I bake mine)
Mix cooked chicken, vegetables and soups in a bowl.
Put bottom pie crust in pie pan. Add chicken/soup mixture. Cover with second pie crust and press two crusts together around edge of pan. Cover edges with tin foil and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, or until top is light brown.
